Eskom - no essential connections during lock down!!!!

I am a sessential supplier with a emercensy - I need to get a connection on my farm and all that eskom callcentre says - sorry sir we cant help you during lock down??? This is ubsolutely nonsense - I am waiting for 2 days for the supervisor to phone me - which she never did

There is a transformer on the farm all that Eksom has to do is open a account and connect the transformer - but accounts are in lock down?? Is there no essential peersonel working from home
