Eskom no Electricity for 4 days

I am writing from Lerome in North West. We have been without electricity since Tuesday (14.04.20), I called Eskom on Wednesday at 13:30 and they told me that the turn around time is 7 hours we waited to no avail.

On Thursday morning 07:30 I called again and was told that my call was closed and I was supposed to log a new one, I did that and was told again about the 7 hour turn around time. I needed to go somewhere that day and as I was leaving my house I saw the Eskom van standing at our transformer they stood they for couple of minutes and because I was in a hurry I left hoping that by the time I got back the issue would be resolved unfortunately not.

Today is Friday our food have spoiled we are running out of water as we use electricity to pump water and I have a toddler who I need to cook for and care for. I tried calling Eskom again today and they are not answering their phones, we really need assistance this issue has affected couple of houses in our area if anyone could assist, we would greatly appreciate it.
