ESKOM NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying for weeks to get hold of someone at Eskom in connection with switching our power supply off for maintenance. I get no answer on any of the contact numbers, have been to the Somerset West premises where I was given the run around and after sending in an email, I have received a reference number. This number means less than nothing if I cannot even reach anyone! How, on Earth, does this company function?! This is most frustrating! The electrician is waiting to move forward, but Eskom's ineptitude is holding everything up.
