Eskom Newcastle *********** office

What a pathetic office of Eskom in Newcastle. *********** and lazy staff. They're supposed start work @ 8am but only attend to customers around 9:30. They want me to pay a fine of R6000 for buying free tokens every month supp**** by them. They say I'm a "low spender" as I only use R10 to get extra 50kw. What utter **** is that? I won't pay that fine and I want this matter addressed and finalized now
