Eskom new prepaid problem

<p>im really unhappy with eskom they re-installed a new meter box im struggeling now a month with them to register it they force me to buy prepaid in a location at a higher price and must pay more for it for example for 100 i need to pay 120 thats not right. i want my meter right and eskom fails to assist me nor want to fix this </p> <p> </p>
