eskom new meter install

On the 18th November I paid for my meter to be changed and sent POP to *** and Nokuthula Mntungwa , We still dnt have a new meter and if the electricity that we have now runs out we wont be able to load electricity. I've called multiple time to which all calls are answered by Nelisiwe but she never really knows why the new meter box hasn't been installed and she needs to ask Nokhuthula but none of them get back to us or answer any of my emails
