ESKOM MUST HELP TO FIX MY CAR :-(

On the 29th January 2021 i drove behind an Eskom Van ( driving the legal speed of 60k/p/h and my legal driving distance , which is a car's distance away from the car infront of you, on Old Faure Road close to Khayalitsha), before i knew it the Eskom Van hit DEAD brakes infront of me and i got such a fright and tried my best to stop in time but could not. The van obviously didnt have a scratch but my Renault Kwid 2019 model was damaged. My radiator and my fan was broken because the Van had a Big steel tow bar and 2 big steel steppers at the back of the Van. The driver got out and apologised and admitted he was at fault. I produced my licence, of which he could not. We waited on the tow truck to tow my car away becoz my radiator was completely broken. Afterwards me and the Eskom driver went to the police station to open a case. I tried so hard to get a hold of anyone of Eskom as they need to take some sort of responsibility for what happened. I must fix my car alone now out of my own pocket and Eskom is just ashes. CAN ESKOM PLEASE HELP ME TO FIX MY CAR!!!!!
