Eskom must fall

Eskom it's been a month we haven't had electricity at Ivory Park extension 8 Mkhize Street, we have been calling, sending emails, we have not received any help from Eskom, every year we have to go through the same process of not having electricity, while it's their duty to disconnect ******* connections instead they making it our responsibility to do their job, imagine the whole Eskom says it will not fix the transformer, maybe after 3 months they will be able to fix it. It's been a month, Eskom get your act together and do your job, we already lost a lot of things because of Eskom, including the money we paid for Dstv. This is totally unacceptable to think that we buy Electricity every month, but we are not getting the services that we deserve. Electricity is not a luxury but human necessity! I want this matter to be resolved with immediate effect, I believe it is our right to have electricity, every year we have to go through the same pain of not having electricity.
