Eskom must fall

My electricity went off on saturday morning 2nd november i called eskom they assured me that they send someone but they didn't, they gave me a reference number i called again they said the same thing.i spend almost 500rands on airtime calling eskom reporting the same issue but eskom has not helped me yet even today am still in the dark.i have 2 reference numbers now, my food has rotten i called even now to report again n they said they escalated my complaint i don't know if they will even help me, who survives without electricity n what my about my food...
