ESKOM - MOVE IN - DELAYED By ESKOM after Paying them R5300.00

I paid for a MOVE IN but lights are still off. what more do i need to do. I've been following this up for 2 weeks now since i started applying for a MOVE IN. Your call centre Agents are not helpful. they speak very softly and drop the call if you do not hear each other. Please process my MOVE IN as soon as possible i paid R5300 for this service but i didn't receive assistance. ESKOM KZN wake up please.
