Eskom Minus 5 Star's

Is it possible to give a business a negative star. If it was I would give Eskom minus 5. Report a power outage today after loadshedding needless to say I am sitting in the dark. They can only attend to the matter on Monday. Covid is the new excuse for all poor service. Sad thing is I am sure they don t even care about it.
