Eskom Mickey Mouse Service

No electricity since 7th April, called call centre 100 times and sent SMS still no technician to assist. We are paying for a service that we don't get. When I do follow up calls they LIE and say technician came out problem was solved such lies Eskom is a Mickey mouse service. I am so ****ED
