Eskom Meterbox issue
My problem is my metebox, it doesn't switch on and I can't recharge. I've been calling them since last week Wednesday they keep giving me reference numbers and I'll get a messathat everything is back to normal but when I arrive home it's still the same. Yesterday I went to their offices at Zola they said they'll fix it , later I got a message saying everything has been fixed but when I got home it was still off. I live with a pensioner that depends on oxygen machine and I won't be able to help them without any electricity. I've been trying to call their supervisor Senzo *** but I've gotten no response and the other day when I was talking to one of their call agents I was told to go buy solar panels,they are very disrespectful. My meter box is ***. So I need help as we need electricity ASAP.

25 Mar 2026, 09:01Next day still having the same problem, still no electricity, still no solution and the sad part is that I am the only one in the community that doesn't have electricity and I buy electricity every month. So I don't know what else to do at this point.

I honestly thought my problem would've been resolved by now but I can tell that you guy's don't care about your customers.I received meter box but it doesn't work then a agent cane to repairit but when Igit home the box still wasn'tworking, I spoken to Thabo Maponya in regards to this matter but still no solution
Currently I don't know what to do anymore I've tried everything but the poor service makes everything ten times worse
