ESKOM meter readings

My ESKOM Invoices indicates that the last time my meters have been read is on 2/8/2018. (It is now 15/2/2019). That means that my meters have not been read for the past 6 months. The result is that in accordance with my own readings today, compared to your estimates, I am about R6 000.00 in arrears. No wonder ESKOM has financial problems. Why do you pay the meter readers for reading the meters every month if they do not do it? (ESKOM inefficiency?) If they say that the gate is locked, they are lying. The gate is motorized yes, but there are always people on duty that can open for them. (And one of those is my wife).
