Eskom meter reader opening boxes and adjusting *****s on meter

Meter reader came out and removed boxes and adjusted *****s and left the *****s and the plastic covers hanging loose. Send an sms to report and also left a voicemail to report after holding on the line for a long time. Would appreciate if a technician can calibrate the meters the meter reader tampered with and also put everything that was taken apart back together as the meter reader left it just like that
