Eskom meter complain

I logged a complain, with regard to my meter they removed,60amp and left me with 20Amp for temporal use because they did not have boxes, now when i want my 60amp meter im told i should bring account statement , which it was ten years back, where would i get such info if their system is failing to produce statement dated 10yrs back
