Eskom : meter box ******

Dear eskom, I have been trying to contact you on behalf of my aunty. Her meter box was ****** and we need to know what is the process to get a new meter box. We have been trying to reach out but with no success. Since March we have she has no electricity. Branches near by are all closed, customers care line we hold forever, i have send emails and sms but still no response. Can i be contacted on *** urgently. Thank you
