Eskom matter

It's unexceptional as to how Residents should suffer for a month and weeks without electricity and no one seeming to bother and approach this matter. White city Ext 8 has suffered to long not having electricity on they side, residents have tried coming foward to an extent of contributing money to get someone to fix this matter. Have they asked how people survive in this state, old age residents, parents with new born babies, where people have to cook not forgetting that people do not work to be able to afford petrol for Gas stoves or even money to buy Gas stoves. Residents would understand circumstances where load shedding would take place on a 4 hour base however this is not load shedding this is us residents having no electricity for a month a day of 24 hours with nothing for a full month and weeks Have mercy in sorting this matter out, it's a country Lockdown and places have electricity so what is Eskom doing to put specialists to come through and sort out whatever issue this is causing houses to not have electricity. With a weather that is cold residents suffer extremely this has gone too far, false hope is not needed or empty promises eskom should take peoples priority serious and come through to sort this out without having to wait for country Lockdown to end
