Eskom -massive over- billing.

I have been overcharged by almost R300,000.This has been acknowledged by Eskom staff who have referred it to another department for finalisation. It has taken a year and many many emails ,four meetings and yet remains unresolved. In the meantime i have been cutoff for months. I have made a settlement offer which was ignored. Eskom simply do not do anything!
