Eskom Mankweng CNC

We have been waiting for reconnection for nearly three months in Mankweng-C (Unit C, Mankweng). After countless calls to the Eskom Helpline and countless visits to the Mankweng CNC without any progress whatsoever.

How long does it take to make a reconnection? Do we require a special relationship with Eskom or their subcontractor in order to be treated like other members of the community? I smell a rat.

Our electricity was cut off by a subcontractor of Eskom called Tumishi. When they cut us off they discovered that our house was not the only house connected *******ly but for some reason, they chose only our house. We paid the fine two weeks later in the end of September and we have been waiting until now, December.
