Eskom mahikeng

Eskom mahikeng technical team services is appalling! Yesterday there was a power outage in my neighborhood (mosiane view) and when power was restored my house had no power! My husband and I logged a call and we were told the technical team will be there at 12! We waited and still no sign of them, then called again to make follow up on the case and the case was then escalated then after some few minutes I then received an SMS that the case has been solved and that power has been restored! Mind you there's still no power at my house and yet my neighbors has power! We are now moving to 48 hours with no power and all we get is that "eskom mahikeng technical team will be there in 3 hours"
