ESKOM MAFIKENG STRUGGLING TO MOVE OUT FROM 2017

May I have a superior department email or contact number to call in regards with MOVE OUT I had requested from 2017 while my account was owing nothing . To-date this account is owing more than R103 000.00 . Please see the communication below as reference for requesting the move out years ago.The technician was allocated but did not do their job which has caused me this much inconvenience .Infact when he was allocated and got the to the venue to confirm that he was sent to cancel and i adviced him to do his JOB which later i found out he did nothing because he was bribed in premises by the new owner
