Eskom made me homeless

Eskom made me homeless. I built a new house and sent in my application on time as well as paid all of the constant fees on time. They gave me a connection date and no one showed up. Do you think they gave me a reason? NO. I’ve called multiple times, sent 10’s of emails and they just purposely ignore me. Now I have to move out of my apartment and stay in short term rentals for who knows how long.
