Eskom *******ly jumping over my wall to switch off power_Ref ***

Eskom has switched my power off due to the previous owner and agents registering the account on my name after they sold the property to me. What's makes it worse is that the previous owner has not paid her account now Eskom wants to hold me liable for those charges. The account is still on the old previous owners name, I cannot do anything without the deceased owners family assisting. Now Eskom has switched off my power, had to sit an entire weekend without power due to our lazy country's electricity provider that does not work on weekends. I still DO NOT have power. Now Eskom's agents are telling me that they have register my name separately and it will take two weeks before they can assist me. The Eskom agents have a NERVE to tell me that I must wait for their turnaround time because that is what has been stated on THEIR work performance KPI's. This *********** private service Provider supplies power and ***** from the people by doing load shedding outages yet Eskom still wants us as the CITIZENs to pay for power that We DO NOT receive. I want my power switched back ON today. You cannot keep my power off due to your failure as Eskom to contact the correct occupants and new owners of the property. Reference number : ***.
