Rskom is realy rendering a poor services to ruarl areas.theit custer helpline is totally useless We are withoit electricity for d The passed 2 days due to a tree that fell after neing atruck by lighting.thr safety of the people and children stating near the damaged connectuon os not considered because it is sparking.. Our groceries are hetting rotten We are dealing with covid and ywt with electricity We are suprised where are the standby team to assist in this regard..a passing eskom van tild us that we will only ne assisted on mpnday amd it is a maybe because Hammanskral personnel north of preroria are all pn leave ..hpw surprising.. Please assiat .our lives are at riak here.some other part of the vilage is with light.only the small area attacheds to that transformer is withoit light.

Please assist .our lives are at risk here.some other part of the vilage is with light.only the small area attached to that transformer is without light. I have bought almost R200 airtime trying to contact eskom witbank customer care helpline ..

This is annoying and disturbing.
Most houses and families stating in Ramotse Hammanskral can bearly survive .imagine if the little food they bought for Christmas gets rotten and they have to throw them away.
