Eskom load shed without notice

SO Eskom please tell us what happened on Saturday , the 23rd of November, in Bredasdorp with electricity down from 8h00 am till 23h00 pm ???? No notice has been received and voice messages doing the round that it was put off by error. We are not smiling at all , please give us an answer on this matter or is it just another lie, about a breaker that doesn't work , or maybe the real answer is to switch of small towns because there is just no more energy available for all ???
