Eskom lines not working anymore

I have been calling your customer contact centre *** but everytime when the call is transferred to consultant it keeps quiet since Tuesday we have no electricity since then. We are in the Eastern Cape meter number *** , 5 houses are affected.

When registering on eskom online it requires national ID which I don't know and email is referring me back to online.

I hope someone could assist and log this query
