Eskom line bad service

I have been calling Eskom because I need their assistance. After making me hold to speak with a consultant for 20mins. The call was disconnected and I never got to speak with anyone. I called again for the second time while waiting to speak with a consultant again the call went mute and I never got assisted and still in the dark.
