Eskom Limpopo has bad customer service. No help given

I've been logging faults on the bot and by calling them directly. There office in Polokwane is the same. Unhelpful. I get a different explanation every time with no help. They don't send technicians to help. Since 27 December 2023 I have been waiting to get help. I have numerous references that mean nothing. They take my number claiming to get back to me. Can someone please help me. We are literally in the dark.
