ESKOM, let there be light!

ESKOM is honestly dishonest. South Africa is finally not being load shedded but my house is. We haven't had electricity for the past 3 days. Every time when we give them a call we are placed on hold for 20 mins minimum. Once they eventually answer, they tell us that technicians have been sent out to attend to our matter but no one has arrived ever since. PLEASE COULD YOU ATTEND TO MY MATTER ASAP.
