ESKOM Lanseria Service Pathetic

I am now 2 weeks with no electricity. I have been reporting daily but no ESKOM engineer has come through. My call ref numbers are below: *********753579 The calls are being closed everytime without anyone coming to fix. ESKOM Lanseria's service is pathetic to say the least. I am not sure where to escalte further. I have now used over R1,000 on calls as I hold for nothing less than 15 mins per every follow up call.
