Eskom lacking service

This will be the second day with electricity problems and our household is taking heavy strain. Foods will be going off due to fridges not being able to be switched on and cold water baths has to be taken in winter. The wire on an electric pole outside the property has burnt and it is affecting our household. A call was logged but there is definitely no urgency in Eskom side to attend to the problem. Urgent assistance is required in this regard!!!
