Eskom lack of care and communication

I am not sure that this is going to be our new way of living. I'm am angry. You know a couple of weeks we had no electricity for about a day. Again now since yesterday we have no electricity. It is very strange because other parts of our town has electricity.

It seems like it is becoming a norm that Sundays around 14:30 the electricity is cut of. The electricity was cut of yesterday around 14:30 and still now we dont have electricity. This is exam time and this is totally unacceptable.

I dont even understand this customer service number that is so not user friendly with an answering machine that you have to wait for long. Why cant they have direct number with easy access so that they can efficiently service people. They dont even warn us or say anything. It shows they could care less.
