Eskom kwamhlanga(kwanadebele) *********** management and staff

I logged an incident with Eskom regarding my meter box which has a problem with with was caused by encoding on the 10the of May. I have called eskom almost daily , 18days later I was told that the incident was closed on the system by a Technician saying it is done. Another call was logged uptown this day I haven't had electricity for approximately 25 days. I buy electricity every month now I have to pay for gas on top of the electricity that I bought I think the semi rural areas are being undermined by people who feel like they are working for their own company they don't make us residents a priority. Very selfish I must say including management as your level of management and competence is rated by the people you lead and this is pure incompetence and lack of accountability and responsibily from both leadership and staff.
