Eskom keeps on failing people.

I was very disappointed in Eskom in Randfontein, we have been having a transformer problem in Kagiso, and they advise us to pay R 500 per person to book for transformer and indicated that locations with a higher percentage will be given first priority for transformer installation, Eskom then sent a schedule indicating that our transformer will be installed in September 2023, our transformer broke in December 2023. we tried to reach out to Eskom, even had a much with no luck of getting help from Eskom, Nokuthula Mntungwa finally agreed to meet with the community to explain their Eskom process and had us waiting for a good 1 hour without calling to make us aware that she won't make it to the meeting. as for Mashuda from, Eskom, never replies to our call and emails. We need intervention from higher directives...so disappointed in Eskom.
