ESKOM *** SERVICE

It has been almost a week now since eskom has promised to restore my power. I'm still waiting for them to come. Though the box in the main road is the problem and also a Hazzard, because of being unstable and not mounted to the ground, they still have not made an effort to come and sort out the problem. I have been advised that the technicians are on their way, but no one has arrived since this morning. Why am I paying eskom for no service.
