Eskom just wants to rob people.

We have an account issue. We were over estimated on our account. We have been told on the multiple times that we call in that someone is working on the account and a technician will come in verify the meters. No one has arrived to check on that. And now they have disconnected us. Even though we were told pay what you usually pay and they will not disconnect you till the issue is resolved. Who do we get to help with this.
