ESKOM it is soo unhelpful!!! Im soo disappointed.

Our electricity meter box it has been ****** on Tuesday midnight, we opened a case and called eskom to report and for replacement, Eskom they have been giving me countless references but with no assistance or replacement now we ran out of electricity and there's no where to load electricity, we've been not having electricity for days now we in a dark and its sad we paying while alot of people are not paying but they ungrateful
