Eskom issue unsolved

I am so disappointed and disgusted with Eskoms poor service.We have been experiencing the same issue for a year now and eskom does not bother to find the root cause and fix it permanently.We have received 2 new boxes and everytime our meter number changes.This does not solve the problem.There is no current flowing from our main box to our box in our house.We log calls on calls and either no technician comes out and our electricity magically goes on or a technician is dispatched days later.This service is ridiculous!
