Eskom is very disappointing

I have not had electricity for the past 27 weeks. I have logged a fault with eskom but still, technicians have not come through, no one is helping. I live with a pensioner, there’s a cold front, it’s very cold. No one cares. 27 weeks to date. I have lost all hope, I’ve sent emails, sms, called, no help from eskom whatsoever
