Eskom is useless

On Thursday 18/07/2024 My prepaid electricity box started melting I immediately switched off the main switch and logged a request to eskom (***) Since then No one has contacted me No one has been to my house It's currently 09:20am Saturday morning 20/07/2024 This is getting dangerous now There's a strong melting wire smell lingering in my house I have been without electricity now for two days Eskom isn't going to replace my meat in my freezer Eskom isn't going to replace my house if it burns down Yet, as a paying customer All I get told is that there are technicians in the area and they'll get to me when they get to me I tried calling in even just to get told to be patient If I could give zero stars i would

I hope my house isn't burning by the time the technicians come.
