ESKOM is useless

There is just no help or joy with Eskom, every one is quick to provide help via email and then dissapears or ignores your emails.

my mother is 71 years old, and has been sending photo's of her readings for the past year about, but still the nr's are captured incorrectly?

Eskom was off line for a week or 2 in the Groot Marico area last month and still she is billed for I dont know what.

Is this the form of eskom helping the public, I am so sick and tired of sending emails for the past 2 years just trying to get my mother some form of help.
