Eskom is useless *********** and lazy

I don't want to give even one star. We have been without power for 3 days in the Banhoek area. If we don't have power, we don't have water, because we need power to for the pumps to pump the water. I logged a fault with Eskom on Monday. It's Wednesday now and a technician has not yet been dispatched. I will also be going to the local media.
