ESKOM IS USELESS

I have been calling Eskom the whole day and no response. Wasted my airtime on their answering machines, the national 086 number. I went as far as sending an email, SMS, tried their Website on Online service and it didn't work. I even went to Twitter, on all platforms there is no response. I want to report an electricity fault on behalf of my grandmother. She is currently in the dark with no electricity. A VERY POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM ESKOM!!
