Eskom is useless

It's so sad to see people in Clearview Maclear struggling with their electricity boxes that has been off since November 2024 and when eskom is being contacted they reply with u are low buying customers rather buy electricity of r100 than buying R100 airtime to logg a fault. Or they say no need to call again we will send someone on standby it's been more than 4 months now. We see eksom vans in our community visiting their girlfriend during working hours yho round of applause 🙌
