Eskom is useless!

On 22 February 2020 an Eskom Distribution Box (EDB) was damaged by the water dept. It remains in a hole excavated by the water dept. After countless attempts to have the problem fixed and 5 referance numbers, the EDB remains in the hole! My premises operates on 3 phase power but have since that date have managed withsingle phase power. Eskom has failed to repair the EDB and its now 8 June 2020. Eskom's Customer Service Dept is utterly useless and might as well be shut down. Nearly 4 months have gone by and we rely on extension leads to power the property.
