Eskom is useless

So the Eskom lines are out. From 3am Sunday morning . Have reported it. Now I am told that they do not have technicians to look at the problem. They will only be able to start looking at the problem tomorrow. How ridiculous is this? Why do we pay so much and they do not have technicians that work after hours? I call bull****. Cannot wait til we can have another provider besides Eskom. I will be the first to sign up.
