Eskom is useless

Eskom is useless,

My power in my house just went off and all my neighbors have power.

Checked everything even the main electricity box no switches have tripped.

Tried calling Eskom and held for over an hour no answer, Tried friends and family for contact numbers they all told me the same story that Eskom never answers calls.

Tried for about 3 more times and held for over 45 minutes all times and no answer.

Eskom is useless, in all my life I have never heard anything good about Eskom.

Very disgusted customer.
