ESKOM IS USELESS

It has been three full weeks without electricity, we have been calling and calling and no one seems to attend to the issue we are having. I am writing this on behalf of the mabopane bokenhout 16 section, our transformer has been ****** and is installed at another section, we called and unfortunately the call center Agents don't have answers. We don't know who to talk to. This is frustrating because we have kids who are in matric writing their final exams and can't study properly because of this electricity issue. Please someone who knows someone who we can talk to so this matter can be resolved please kindly assist, we are desperate we don't know who to talk to or what to do.
