Eskom is undermining the rural Eastern Cape

Greetings,

I live around the Mthatha area and we experienced a power outage at 6pm and there is still no electricity or feedback messages from eskom. I feel so undermind as an Eastern Cape rural citizen because we were not warned and I only saw a Facebook post that Mthatha and Eastern Cape will experience power failures due to the heavy storm. This is not on Eskom.
